Vivian Mary Sellers

SELLERS, Vivian Mary  Age 81, of Flint, died Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 17, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Minister Mark Aites officiating. Interment will be held at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held from 5-9 PM Thursday and 2-4 and 6-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to Genesys Hospice. Mrs. Sellers was born August 21, 1921 in Avondale, MI, the daughter of Leslie and Lottie (Cooper) Peel. She attended Flint Central High School and married Carlyle B. Sellers on January 20, 1939 in Flint; he preceded her in death on April 14, 1985. Mrs. Sellers had resided in Flint all of her life. She retired from Swartz Creek Public Schools, as a school bus driver in 1979 after 14 years of service. Surviving are: two sons, Ronald C. Sellers and wife, Barbara of AR, Lloyd R. Sellers of Flint; two brothers, Kenneth Peel of Burton, Vernsel Peel of MO; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
