William V. CARNATZIE

CARNATZIE, William V. -- Age 80, of Flint, died February 16, 2011. Graveside services will be held 1 PM Thursday, February 24 at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Hospice or a McLaren organization. William was born April 5, 1930 in Obion, TN, the son of Willie Virtle Carnatzie and Pearlie May (Lingea) Carnatzie. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Mary Ann Paschal on November 8, 1951 in TN; she preceded him in death June 3, 2006. He retired from GM in 1983 with 31 years of service. Mr. Carnatzie is survived by: two sons, Danny L. Carnatzie, and his daughters Dawn (Curtis) Hibberts, Leanna Carnatzie; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bryson Hibberts; son Jamie Carnatzie, and his daughters Milissa (Josh) Treibley, Mary Carnatzie, Melinda Carnatzie, Megan Carnatzie; great-grandchildren, Gunner and Briar Treibley.
