Funeral services will be held 6 PM Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held from 2 PM until the time of service. Surviving are: parents, William F. and Brenda Cook, Pamela Dear; son, Branden and his mother, Melissa (Forbes) Cook; siblings, Shannon Marie (Cook) Congdon, Brian Alfred (Tiffany) Cook, Rachel Ashley (Jacob) Karhoff, Terri Lee Dear, Mark David Wolverton; nieces and nephews, Erynn Congdon, Warren and Wyatt Cook, Zachary and Gage Wolverton, Hunter and Regan Clark.
