William Feldhahn, Sr.

FELDHAHN, William A., Sr. - Age 92, of Fenton, died March 20, 2017. Funeral services will be held 11:30 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Jimmie Whitaker will officiate. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Monday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Bethesda Temple. William was born February 10, 1925 in Marney, IA, the son of Ernest C. and Rose M. (Kaur) Feldhahn. In 1943, at the age of 18, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in WWII. He was a member of Bethesda Temple for 35 years. William loved working with his sons for the past 30 years. He was perhaps, the greatest husband, father and grandfather there ever was. Surviving are: sons, John Feldhahn, Gary (Pat) Feldhahn, Jeff (Shaunti) Feldhahn; grandchildren, Connie, Crystal, Carrie, Morgen, Luke and William III; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Feldhahn; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Roberta; son, William Jr.; sisters, Margaret Green and Gladys Vetal; brother, Robert. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
