William Jackson

JACKSON, William Huston - age 49, of Flint, died Sunday, November 15, 2015 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 5 PM Thursday, November 19, 2015 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Pastor Jim Harvey officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 PM - 5 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made c/o Traci Jackson. Bill was born April 12, 1966 in Flint, the son of Gary and Betty (Owens) Jackson and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Traci Shay on July 10, 2010. Bill was a carpenter by trade and a chef by passion. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, and Nascar. Surviving are: wife, Traci Jackson; four children, Laura Jackson, Katie Jackson, Elizabeth (Joshua) Kunkel; and William Jackson II; six grandchildren, Ricky, Ethan, Alex, Owen, Izak, Cooper and one on the way, Aria; mother, Betty (Bob) Gunnerfeldt; father, Gary (Wadean) Jackson, Sr.; five siblings, Don (Linda) Jackson, Jeanette (Charlie) Moore, Laura (Rich) Maxwell, Tim (MacKenzie) Jackson and Connie (Steve) White; two step-brothers, Joe and Ron Genore; many nieces and nephews, also survive.
