O'DELL, William George -- Age 90, of Grand Blanc, died July 31, 2011 at Fenton Extended Care. Funeral Services will be 11 AM Friday, August 5 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Interment in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Thursday, and 10 AM until the time of the funeral Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Shiawassee County Fairgrounds Bathroom Fund or My Brothers Keeper of Genesee County. He was born October 27, 1920 in Flint the son of George and Pearl (Williams) Craw. He was a graduate of Flint Central High School. He married Corrine Henley in 1942 in Ohio; she preceded him in death in 2009. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII in Guadalcanal. He retired from G.M Fisher Body 1. Surviving are: two sons, William and wife MaryJo O'Dell of Durand, Pastor Donald and wife Marjorie O'Dell of Flint; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; sister Mary and husband Bob.
