Curtis was born on January 20, 1956, in Flint, Michigan to Curtis Noah Sr. & Mary Edna Aldridge. He graduated in 1974 from Swartz Creek High School. He furthered his education by taking courses at an IT Technical College in Columbus, Ohio. He proudly served his country in the United States Army with four years active service in Germany and twenty years Army Reserves while located in Flint. Curtis was a longtime member of the VFW hall in Swartz Creek. He married the love of his life, Dona Gagner on June 19, 1981. Curtis proudly worked as an electrician since he was 25 years old; even after retirement he went back to work for several more years. One could say Curtis was especially "wired" to be an electrician, his mind was always mapping out electric currents for work and home projects. Some of his favorite things to do were motorcycle riding and camping at Timbersurf Campground. He kept busy doing small electrical jobs for friends and family on the side; he never could say no to a project. Above all Curtis was a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother and grandpa. Nothing brought him more joy in life than spending time with his family. Curtis's family will miss him dearly as will many close friends.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Dona Aldridge; his two daughters, Mary (Randy) Ball and Dawn (Todd) Johnston; six grandchildren, Cody (Shannon) Ball, Austin (Haley) Ball, Brandon Ball, Dylan Ball, Emma Ball, Corbin Johnston and Aidan Johnston; three great-grandchildren, Ethan Ball, Maci Ball and Kashton Ball; his mother, Mary Edna Jordan. He is further survived by other dear family members, Thomas (Ann), Robert (Joann), Richard (Marion), Dennis (Jan), Debbie (Keith), Richard (Diane), Bill (Hope) and Linda (Jim); stepbrother, Rusty Jordan; stepsister, Jeri Freuck and many other family members and close friends too numerous to list also survive Curtis.

In addition to his father, Curtis Aldridge Sr. he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ann (Dale) Hall.
