David Newsom

NEWSOM, David Eldridge - Age 61, of Burton, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021. Private services will take place. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc.

David was born on April 15, 1960 in Flint the son of Francis and Carolyn (Howell) Newsom. He and Sharon LaDuke were united in marriage on February 24, 1988. In his free time David enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon LaDuke; 3 children, Sheri Durga, Tara (Danny) Rowe and David Gilbert; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; mother, Carolyn Newsom; 3 siblings, Bud (Linda) Newsom, Lynda (Will) Gibson and Jeana (Randy) Lee; 2 sister-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
