AIKEN, Donna Clare - age 78, of Fenton, passed away November 5, 2019. Donna was born June 15, 1941 in Detroit, the daughter of Ford and Estella F. (Shaule) Eagle. She married Frederick A. Aiken in Detroit on September 10, 1960. Spending time with Fred the most, they completed each other.  She was right at his side for all small and big projects. Through all joys and sorrows they were a team and took care of each other.  Donna was absolutely adored by her husband Fred.  In sickness and in health, Fred was by her side, caring for her and encouraging her. They called each other their "Bun". They had a blessed 59 years together, they were a true love story.

She worked hard along with her husband Fred to support their family.  Donna rode her bike to deliver Avon that she sold; worked early mornings at a Farmer's Market; and always made sure their home was beautiful inside and out. It was most important to them that their children felt loved and safe. One of her greatest joys came from her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Donna spent much quality time with each and had so much pride in them all.  She had her own special nicknames for each of them.

In most recent years Donna had endured much physical pain. She did her best to hide that.  Her thoughts were always as long as her family was healthy, happy, and safe.  She spent a life time crocheting baby blankets, baby outfits, afghan's, teddy bears, and pillows which are cherished by her family. Donna enjoyed line dancing and golfing in Florida.

Donna is survived by: her beloved husband, Frederick; children, Frederick J. (Lynette) Aiken , Dawn (James) Seeling, and Kathleen Aiken; grandchildren, Ashley (Jesse) Chamberlain, Mitchell (Alyssa) Seeling, Chelsi Paradowski, Natalie (Dalton) Smallwood, Frederick G. Aiken, Adam Aiken, and Jared Aiken; great grandchildren, Faith, Estella, Hunter, Adalynn, Eliza, and Charles; sister; Lola Mills; several nieces and nephews; lifelong friends; and her "loving puppy girl", Miley Mae.

Donna was preceded in death by: her parents; granddaughter, Carly Paradowski; siblings, Ford Eagle Jr., Evelyn Pullen, Wilma Quitter; and niece, Sharon Pullen. Online tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
