Gail Choate

CHOATE, Gail Lynn (Heath)- Age 63, of Grand Blanc, died Tuesday January 25, 2022. A memorial service will be held 11AM Saturday, February 12 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Gail was born July 2, 1958 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Willie and Laura (Bush) Heath. She enjoyed playing bingo, scrapbooking, studying her Bible, the game show networking , and watching General Hospital. Surviving are: children, Sabrina Choate of Grand Blanc, Calvin (Melissa) Choate Jr. of Flint, Valerie Choate of Flint, Nicholas (Julie) Choate of Flint; grandchildren, Anthony (Kim), Arron (Selena), Calvin, Tabby, Alex, Kaylynn, Nate, Zaiden, Hayle, Linzey, Ashley, Nicholas, Jaxon, Paisley;  great great grandchildren, Thomas, Jake, Michael, Oughtum, Arrora, Marcial, Lincoln. Gail is also survived by her brother, Roy Heath of Holly; step grandchildren, Bryce, Lil John; adoptive children, Kimberly Cooper-Drayton, Jay-Dee Schuler, Anji Szappon, Bessie Choate and Thomas Frost; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Laura Heath; two sisters and one brother. Gail wrote: All my grandchildren have fulfilled the poem "Grandma's Joy".
