Grand Blanc, Jace Wagstaff officiating. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of the service Thursday Februray 16. Jeffrey is survived by his 3 children, Ashley Byars, Steven Byars and Matthew Perry; step-daughters, Tonia Davis, and Roshanda Rashid; several grandchildren; step-mother, Kay Byars; sisters, Delores Albertson, Josephine Carrier; brothers, James Byars, Billie Byars; aunt, Sandra Sweet; uncle, Terry (Diane) Byers; nephews, Randell Byars, Shane Albertson; cousin, Debra Bidwell. He was preceded in death by his father, James Byars; mother, Patsy Keyes; wife, Carla Jean (Davis) Byars; nephew, Jesse Byars.
