Marjorie Behnke

BEHNKE, Marjorie Irene- Age 91, of  Swartz Creek, passed away January 25, 2022. A memorial service will be held 1PM  July 9 at  Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel,  8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Marjorie was born July 30, 1930 in Mt. Morris, the daughter of William and Flossie (McComber) Fuller.  She married Lawrence Behnke March 23, 1951 and he preceded her in death in 1998. Marjorie retired from the General Motors, AC Spark Plug division, Flint with 30 years of service. She was a long time member of the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Club. Marjorie enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving are two daughters, Carol (Albert) Steurer, Debra (Ronald) Nothum; grandchildren, Aimee and Eric Steurer; Steven, Erin and Mark Nothum and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, William and Flossie McComber; sisters, Audrey Sadler, Dorothy Bishop and Irma Warr.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
