Daly Jr. Robert E. - Age 65, of Clio, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on November 3, 2019. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, November 6 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Flint. Interment West Vienna Cemetery Clio.Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Tuesday and from 10AM until the time of the service on Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions to Community of Christ in Clio. Robert was born April 3, 1954 in Flint, the son of Robert E. and Caroline A. (Green) Daly. He married Diane Roberts on October 27, 1973 in Clio. Robert retired from General Motors Metal Fab, where they called him "shorty". He loved his family and grandkids and also his dog Dixie. Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching the news on ABC 12 and also his truck "Big Red". He was an avid Pepsi drinker. Robert is survived by his wife: Diane; children: Rebecca (Michael) Aaron of Clio, Brenda (Darin) Laughton of Clio, Robert E. (Ashley) Daly III. of Montrose, and his "other child" Mandy (Doug) Briolat of Bad Axe; 10 grandchildren: Mitchel, Joslyn, Alyssa, Jacob, Zoe, Jayden, Karson, Kenzie, Lynnzie, Riley; siblings: John (Juna) Daly, Linda (Pete) Keith, Joanne Chemo, Denny (Tammie) Daly, Gloria (Monte) Franklin; many nieces and nephews.
