Thomas Chester Skrobasinski: September 17, 1939 - February 27, 2021
Tom was born in Detroit and graduated from Pershing High School with the Class of `58. From there he joined the Navy and served honorably for nearly 4 years aboard the USS Forrestal (CV-59). After the Navy, Tom took a job at what used to be the Kroger Foods Distribution warehouse in Livonia. There he performed many jobs in a Shipping and Receiving roll until he retired. Tom loved music from Polka to Rock. He enjoyed playing cards and dice and loved watching sports on TV. Most of all Tom loved his family and was always close, and ready with a helping hand.
Preceded in death by his parents Chester and Eva, sister Dorothy, and his brother Dick.
Survived by daughters Robin Fuller (& husband Jeff Fuller), Rebecca Skrobasinski, grandson Tyler Adams, and great grandchildren, Skyla, Luka, and Grayson.
There will be no funeral.
Visitation will be held from 2-6pm Saturday March 6, family and friends are welcome.
