Vanessa Bayer

BAYER, Vanessa Nicole - Age 28, of Byron, passed away October 24, 2021. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Scott Henry will officiate. There will be a reception immediately following the service at the funeral home. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Saturday and from 11AM until the time of service Sunday. She was a 2011 graduate of Byron High School and attended U of M Ann Arbor. Vanessa was employed at Rite Aid in Fenton, where she was a Pharmacy Tech. She loved music, collecting rocks and football; especially U of M and Green Bay Packers. She is survived by her mother, Tammy Lynn Bayer of Fenton; father, Bradley Scott Bayer of Byron; sister, Tara Bayer (Weston Thayer) of Pleasant Hills, CA; grandfather, George L. (Doris) Baxter of Elkhart, IN; grandmother, Judith Bayer of Brighton; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
