Yvonne Robinson

ROBINSON, Yvonne, Age 72, of Byron. Vonnie as family and friends called her, passed away at home with family on December 10th, 2020. Vonnie retired as a teacher from the Three Rivers School District in Cleves Ohio and was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved shopping, crafting and cooking with her family. She was born on July 30th 1948 the daughter of Harold and Helen Mueller of Cincinnati Oh. She is survived by her son Michael Robinson of Cleves Ohio, her daughter Terian Steele (married to Tony Steele) two grandchildren, Cameron and Brayden Steele of Byron Michigan; sisters, Helen Gigley (married to Paul Gigley) Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Pat Roberts of Fairbanks, Alaska; and two step granddaughters Sarah Newcomb (married to Tanner Newcomb) and Allison Steele from Rising Sun Indiana. She was married to Terrance Robinson of Cleves Ohio. A Memorial Mass will be held 11 AM, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at St. Augustine, 6481 Faussett Rd, Howell. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery. The family ask the donation be made to American Diabetes Association.

THE BROKEN CHAIN

We little knew the day that

God was going to call your name.

In life we loved you dearly,

In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you

But you didn't go alone.

For part of us went with you

The day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories.

Your love is still our guide,

And though we cannot see you

You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken

and nothing seems the same,

but as God calls us one by one

the chain will link again.
